- "paris - reims tgv trip" . 30/09/2013
The confirmation e-mail was prompt but without e-ticket attached. Needed to wait for a day for e-ticket. Not sure it's because of system limitation (system interfaces with SNCF or not) But would be nice if e-ticket can be promptly attached with the first confirmation e-mail.

Took a day trip to Chartres from Paris. The whole travel experience was very good. It was the first time I had used the pre-payment system which involves using a reference number to print the ticket at the station, I was slightly nervous about how it would work out but it was very simple to use. The train itself left exactly on time and arrived on schedule. The train was clean, my contact with train staff was courteous and efficient and the train stations were well signed and easy to find your way around. An altogether slick and trouble free experience - what more could you ask for?

It is better to offer some cheaper ticket at later time and more flexible hours.

Great, convenient way to travel from CDG to Reims, Champagne
- "Quick trip to Champagne-ville" Roberta e. 30/05/2013
I have no complaints about the train service (on time, comfortable, fast). The "print at station" ticketing was very stressful. I was unable to do it myself and even the ticket agent had difficulty finding our reservation even though I had a copy of my receipt and reservation codes. We barely made our train!
