  • "Low Information Terminal !!"
The train was clean and in good shape, the meal was good, staff was very friendly and helpful. The Paris Montparnasse station, though, lacks sufficient directions and signs for someone new to France and to the train station to find their way to the proper exit to get a cab to one's destination. We were burdened with luggage and completely lost with literally no one in sight and no signs leading to anywhere until someone on duty left his assigned area to show us where we needed to go, for which we were very grateful. Seeing the trains running regularly even in rural small towns made us aware of how advanced France is in supporting people everywhere compared to the US, where rural people are left to their own devices. Thanks!
  • "family trip Toulouse to Paris"
our family of 7 traveled from Toulouse to Paris via Bordeaux. It was a great trip. Suggestions to make it easier for future travelers would be to make it clear that there is a maximum number of people you can book at one time on-line, took a google search to find out that you can't book more than 6 people. And for passengers to be aware that the time between when the platform is announced and getting on the train can be quite tight so you need to move with army precision when in a crowd to get onto the train with baggage in time. Clean and comfortable we all enjoyed the rail journey.
  • "first class?"
I was quite baffled by my first class compartment, with its dingy walls, hole in my sleeping bag, left over earplugs on my berth. There were no sheets and the pillow was fit for a toddler. Compared to the local train from Toulouse to Carcassonne, the ride was rough and incedibly noisy. I kept seeing myself on a mechanical bull while trying to go to sleep. I arrived more tired than i'd been at my departure.
  • "Journey from Toulouse to Paris"
The journey is not that comfortable due: 1) the person in front reclined the seat too far back which result in the person at the back find it difficult to stretch her legs. 2) They is a very long stopover in one of the station between Toulouse and Paris. At Toulouse station, there is not enough signage for first time travelers who are non-french speaking to locate the platform for connecting train (in this case, Paris). Otherwise is a perfect journey as the schedule is on time.
  • "TGV Paris to Toilouse - smooth"
I booked this trip early from Australia and took advantage of the great early booking rate. I appreciated the 'print-at-home option for the tickets. We were very impressed by the standard of 2nd class and can thoroughly recommend it. The train was on time, comfortable and smooth - with the ticket staff very friendly.
  • "Good efficient service"
Good efficient service. A little pricey. But overall a very pleasant journey.
  • "Slow and shaking"
The train was slow and shaking the whole time. There wasn't a lot of room for larger luggages either.
  • "Rail travel and transit"
Getting around France by rail is relatively easy, even if you don't speak the language. Just be mindful if you are tagging around with heavy luggage as you have to haul your luggage up and down the stairways. Also, check your confirmed seats to ensure that they are conveniently allocated especially if you are travelling with elderly folks, although most passengers would be graceful to exchange their seats with you. It would be ideal if TGV can extend its line to the airport as it is costly to commute from Lyon Part Dieu to Lyon St Exupery airport.
  • "Better than flying"
It's not a real TGV in the sense that it doesn't go very fast, but the view is beautiful and the train is clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that it does not have internet.
  • "Awesome Journey with RailEuro"
Travelling with raileuro create an awesome memory because of its comfort, speed, convenience and also beautiful sceneries on the way. My husband always quote 'the seats are modern and comfortable'. We love to travel with Rail Euro again.
  • "food"
It would be nice to have a restaurant car, or good food delivered to your seat in first class.
  • "paris to toulouse"
too many stops which where not indicated during making reservation, also price is very high
  • "Excellent"
    Another great service
  • "1,5h delay"
The train condition and conmfort is fine. But it has a 1,5 h delay during the jurney. And the reason of the delay has been announced only in French which is not convenient for non-french speaking people.
  • "Enjoyed by All"
Fast efficient and convenient. So much more convenient than flying as the stations are all close to "downtown". The train was full. Only complaint: not enough room for luggage. Everyone (including us) had suitcases. Previous trips has no problem but there was definitely a shortage of space.
