"Fantastic journey"Yogesh r.
We enjoyed the journey Paris - Basel with TGV Lyria. On time. Train was clean. But seat are not that comfortable. we observed few seats in same coach were comfortable as each seats positions were different. i would add a suggestion to provide heavy food on board as people leave homes/ hotels early morning. Over all we had a fantastic trip. More over, Rail Europe helpdesk team is most usefull who provided me all the information i asked for. Thanks You RailEurope for making us comfortable in a new country.

Train travel in Switzerland was fantastic, always on time and always clean. Felt very safe. We did travel from Basel to Paris by train and the toilets were very bad and the main Railway Station in Paris was really dirty but that may have just been a bad day. All the stations in Switzerland were very clan. Staff at Stations and on Trains exceptionally helpful and also all announcements were made in a number if languages so that helped since English was one of them. Can highly recommend travelling by Rail if you are holidaying in Switzerland.
