Reviews & ratings Brussels - London
It's a great idea to take the train from London to Brussels.
Fast, Safe and very good conditions of on board service.
we travel a lot with you and are very satisfied
An interesting day out. However, I didn't see as much countryside as I expected on account of low lying mist and fog. Also graffiti on buildings in England and Belgium was unsightly and disappointing to see. Comfort on the train was rather cramped - seats could be a little wider with more leg room to accommodate taller travellers. My time in Brussels was 'full on' - lots of interesting places to visit....I used buses and the metro to get around.
Pre-booked the train ticket in advance, no hassle.
This the second time I have booked my seats to travel on EURO STAR via your website. But I realised that I am not able to check if the seats are forward facing or back facing. This is very inconvenient as some parties may suffer from travel sickness sitting backward facing. I tried to call the Agent (in Singapore) handling your ticketing arrangement, and they informed me that they DO NOt KNOW WHAT IS THE FACING OF THE SEATS allocated as it is all computer generated. I found this to be very inconvenient / unfriendly.
The train arrived at St Pancras station also offers WiFi, thank you very much; This is a very high level of transport, it is recommended!
We travelled in Europe in August 2013 by train staring from Paris - Lille ,then on to Liege ,Brugge - Brussels and finally by Eurostar to London. We had purchased the tickets online from India. This saved us alot of time and was very convenient. The trains were extremely comfortable considering we were travelling with our luggage too. They were very on schedule and we enjoyed the wonderful scenery too . I recommend travelling by train to everyone.
The distance between the seats is too small. That of Sinkansien in Japan is far bigger!
Awesome trip, we would use Eurostar again. raileurope were very helpfull
Exciting train trip but cleanliness of carriage interior was disappointing for such a highly publicised rail journey. Extra space for suitcases would be beneficial also.
Comfortable seating; adequate time for embarkation. Helpful staff. Speedy processing at either end of journey
Again, we loved the service, value and everything about the trip
It would be good, if there could be instructions were the process previous to the journey is told (bagagge and passport check,, etc), so people traveling for the first time to London in train would know. We found it out at the train station. The staff of the train could be more helpful guiding passengers with heavy luggage to put it in the right wagon and place. It would save time and effort.
