Reviews & ratings Paris - Zurich
Felt very comfortable on this high speed train, it was comfortable and relaxing although the seat position wasnt great to look out the window which was a shame so maybe if this is important to you check it out next time before travelling. I also visite the shop for a bottle of water which was around 3 euros but the waitress serving was very nice and friendly. Overall a good experience.
Beware. Beware of thief in Paris Eurostar check in area. We were four people within 2 min thief stolen one of our luggage. French police or Euro star people at Paris were helpful. We proceeded with journey and made complain with Eurostar London.
I was really happy travelling by train, is easy, tranquil, and accessible. And sure, the price made me really happy!
The electrical plug was not working!
Bought tickets during a sale, so it is super worth it. Both train stations are in the city center and convenient, and train was steady during the ride.
Everything is went on well, although we missed the train at Paris because of train delay at Caen, they accepted us to board in next immediate train.
Service was very good. The seating fabric was very tired and needed to be upgraded and also the tables were not cleaned.
My overall comment is good and the staff are patient and polite.
wonderful experience which i can say a unforgettable event of my life.
Uses major train stations with good connections in both cities. Punctual. Clean coaches and comfy seats. Book early for cheap tickets!
The price (CHF 482) seemed a bit high the seats we were given (at the back of the train, with very small table and apparently usually reserved for Customs staff)
Very good, very comfortable quick travel. Can't ask for more.
the train is dirty and uncomfortable and definitely not value for the expensive cost
The whole experience of booking and then travelling with TGV Lyria has been fantastic. I will definitely use it again. Thank you.
This was my first experience using French and Swiss public transportation, and I was very satisfied. The train left and arrived perfectly on time and the staff was polite and helpful (Not only was I completely astounded by the staff members who all spoke 3 languages, but I was thankful that they did, because I cannot speak a word of French or German.) Throughout my journey I felt comfortable and safe. Thank you, TGV Lyria!
