Travel inspiration in Stuttgart and Paris
Stuttgart, nature lovers will love this city!
Get used to the local Schwäbisch German dialect and mounds of tiny Spätzle dumplings in industrial Stuttgart, birthplace of the motorbike. Cycle along the vineyard-lined River Neckar then crank it up a gear at the Mercedes-Benz factory.
Paris, the capital of France
One of the world’s greatest cities, Paris! The capital of France is also known as the City of Light. This enchanting city, at the crossroads of cultures, is the capital of fashion and home to world highlights such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Avenue des Champs Elysées, to name but a few. In terms of architectural beauty, art history, events, gastronomy and sheer extravagance, Paris is a milestone ahead of any other city on earth. Paris has one of the world’s most extensive public transport systems. You can take a taxi if you are not much of an adventurer, but that would be a pity! Metro (subway or underground), buses and city bicycles are much more fun and are very easy to use, even for beginners.
Reviews & ratings Stuttgart - Paris
I was not able to take this train as my passage from Budapest to Munich was halted and terminated at Salzburg Austria
On time, lots of leg room (even is coach - cheapest fare). Only suggestion is purchase tickets 90 days out because they get more expensive closer to the date (unfortunately). We did, therefore, it was worth a family taking the train opposed to driving. Would do it again if the price is right.
the first class train is comfortable and we do enjoy the journey from Stuttgart to Paris.
Everything was more tan perfect
I used Raileurpoe for the following two trips. Trip 1. Paris to Stuttgart on August 1 2015. Trip 2. Aalan (Germany) to Fankfurt (Airport) on Aug 9, 2015. Trains are comfortable without having issues of printed tickets. Price is good compared with normal ticket. It is easy to find seats as all details are available in printed ticket. It is difficult to get in
My trip from Paris to Stuttgart was very relaxing. The accommodations on the train were very pleasing, and the workers were very pleasant. I will definitely take this train again.
The trip was very comforting and relaxing
It was my first experience with TGV and such kind of service We (Family) were so comfortable and happy with the trips and the seating, timing, departure, arrival clarity of schedule etc..... The only note about the trip is the quality of food and beverage at the cafeteria. We had few things (closed packs) from there while I took 2 Cafe late for my self
The train was clean, fast, and comfortable. It was easy to understand which car our seats were in and to find the car on the platform. The display monitor inside the car kept us apprised of our whereabouts, speed, and projected time of arrival. The trip was much more pleasant than our car rental experience in terms of economy and time. We only wish our other three rail journeys during our Europe trip between other cities were as nice.
Excellent on time service with great meal. Exceeded expectations.
good comfortable train with breakfast, few of the bathrooms on train had any toilet paper or water
Train left on time. Ride was very comfortable. An accident on the track delayed us, but staff on the train gave refreshments to everyone and kept us informed on updated train times/track numbers. Very pleasant experience.
I enjoy the 320kph speed of the TGV! It's also very comfortable. The trip was a bit expensive at €90 per person, but was of decent value.
