Reviews & ratings Basel - Strasbourg
An excellent experience ( 5 star) if only I could have print the ticket at home. Being an overseas customer, I had to pick up the ticket at the agency in the country were I live. This was quote an "old days" experience !!!
it was a good trip, No problem,
the trip was punctual and on time . seats are comfortable as well. I hv noticed few signs for rest rooms, and I could not locate easily . offering refreshing soft drinks and water are fair enough for long trips.
very confortable, easy and fast trip.
First class seats are better.. opt for that ! Online system is easy to use, pay, collect n off u go..
Really comfortable, fast train. This was our first time travelling on a train in Europe and we were really happy with the experience. Actually, even more comfortable than flying, very convenient plus lovely views. Food was really expensive though but that's to be expected I guess.
