Reviews & ratings Basel - Zurich
The regular trains that we took were incredibly silent and smooth. More room for luggages would be appreciated for the Basel to Lucerne sector.
We found the trains on time, clean comfortable and pleasant. The only negative for me was my seat would not recline.
the trip was punctual and on time . seats are comfortable as well. I hv noticed few signs for rest rooms, and I could not locate easily . offering refreshing soft drinks and water are fair enough for long trips.
Great trip although we were travelling backwards. Did not recollect that we were given the option when we booked and we would have taken better photos facing forward. otherwise no problems at all. Would happily do it again. Left right on time as is usual in Switzerland.
