Reviews & ratings Strasbourg - Paris
With the TGV , we can save much time in communication. And the seats are quite spacious.Nice interior decor makes the travelers feel at home. It's great to visit different cities by the system.
No problems-train was on time and the internet tickets we purchased before we left home were accepted with no problem. Great train ride.
Excellent! Quality service.
Train was punctual, journey was comfortable, pleasant and arrived on time at destination. A very convenient way of travelling.
if wi-fi is avialable will be perfect !
tgv is good
Lot of comfort, punctual and clean stations.
Had a problem with confirming platform for the train, platform number displayed only 5 minutes before start and had to rush with my baggage. Otherwise great trip
From booking to travelling, this trip was one of the easiest and most pleasant I have taken.
The ride on TGV was smooth, comfortable and fast.
The seats are spacious. And we had enjoyed the scenery along the journey.
The booking was simple, and efficiently handled. The waiting rooms were comfortable, and train information explicit and easily viewed. The trip was comfortable and the staff helpful and pleasant. As an older couple we found loading and off-loading heavy suitcases onto and from the top rack akward, although when there were fellow passengers who could help, they did so spontaneously and happily. I should, perhaps, have mentioned this to a staff member who could have helped at CDG. I would certainly choose this way of travel and recommend it to others.
I think that your trains are luxurious and present a very convenient way to travel. However I believe that at this era a wi-fi servce must be present so that the travellers can use their andorid phones or laptops. Also the beverages very very limited as are the types of food. For such a long travel there should be more optios at the bar-rest. Thanks a lot and wish your success to increase from day to day.
Punctual and clean
