I bought the tickets through HK website. Able to contact HK office for enquiry is very convenient.
I was very happy that we bought our tickets upfront via your online site. Made it so much easier - no waiting in queues to buy tickets
Overall it was a comfortable ride and am happy with it.
it was a nice experience .. really fast and comfortable train.
Staff pleasant and helpful. Comfortable ride. Relatively quick trip. Easiest way to get out of Rome to somewhere else.
Excellent way to travel in Europe. Booking in advance is advised for the best deals. Very comfortable. Avoid traveling with lots of luggage as there is limited storage space on the train.
Took the train from Rome to Venice and had a great experience. Very comfortable, service on board was great, overall relaxing and easy.
From the moment the porter took our luggage at Rome until we arrived in Venice, it was the easiest Rail experience I have ever had. It's a very long time since I have travelled by train,in Europe and I was delighted how easy it was to book through raileurope! Station Termini has changed since I last used it 30 years ago and as we had a bit of luggage I was pleased to use a porter who made the whole boarding process hassle free. They have a fixed fee!!!! The train was comfortable ,thought the drink service was a bit mean, toilets were very clean.I arrived fresh and relaxed. Enjoyed the whole experience!
this trip was excellent value for money, coach was clean, departure and arrival was on time. Roma Termini is a bit of a zoo with the train platform not being posted until 20 minutes before departure which led to a mad rush for the train. This was in complete contrast to Barcelona Sants which was the best organized station I have ever been in.
It was a very comfortable train!!
We very much enjoyed our train trip. It worked very will for our family.
The service overall was excellent
