We were fortunate to have bought the Business Super Economy seats at the same price of the economy seat. The coach is quite spacious and seats are comfortable. There were snacks and drinks provided during the journey. Train arrive and reach destination on time. Good!    Value for money  Convenience

The Frecciarossa train is quiet and comfortable, very easy to order on-line - and the staff was helpful and nice. Reserved seats at plenty space to luggage above the seats. Will use the same company next time I need to travel within Italy.    Value for money  Convenience

Travelling by train for short distances is more fast and even more comfortable than by plane. The train was clean, the service excellent and the travel time shorter than if I did it by car.    Value for money  Convenience

We were very impressed with the Frecciarossa rail system on trips from Rome to Naples and from Salerno to Rome. Seats were comfortable and the trains clean and well maintained - only minor complaint was the state of the toilets ....    Value for money  Convenience

    "Not enough space for baggage"

      Chaminda f.  21/09/2014
Generally all the trains do not have much space for the luggage which is a bit of a concern....Also to get in to the train and get down from the train (if it is not the first or last destination of the train journey) with your family with young kids with many numbers of baggages is one hell of a mission i should say......    Value for money  Convenience

    "Promises slightly misleading"

      Vanessa e.  20/09/2014
When we purchased our first class tickets, we were led to believe there would be wifi, more room for luggage and a glass separator between passengers. There was none of this-be aware. The seats are more comfortable and slightly larger than 2nd class, there is NO WIFI and we were unlucky enough to not have a window (depends on which seat you are allocated which you cannot change). There is no extra room for luggage, you have to be able to get it above your head in a small open rack and if you have a large case, it will be unstable and not recommended. Otherwise there is no space for luggage. Definitely recommend travelling by train though, as you arrive right at the Grand Canal in Venice, do not have to deal with airports so it will be quicker and easier than navigating flights.    Value for money  Convenience

    "Wonderful train trip "

      Terrence b.  19/09/2014
What a wonderful experience! We found ourselves booked in Business coach - comfy seats and service. Being the last train trip in Europe this really made our holiday very special. Would definitely recommend travelling through Europe by train. Trains are on time, have space for luggage and allow you to relax and enjoy the scenery,    Value for money  Convenience
