« I am facing issues with claiming refund for an erroneous booking. whilst the customer experience is terrific, the back-end support is pathetic. this would need to be improved to increase the overall customer experience. »

    Great experience, excellent se |
"I travelled with my family, there were six of us. Me, my wife and four kids. I did all my reservations online and it was much convenient during our travels from Paris to Brussels, Milan to Venice, Venice to Florence and finally from Florence to Rome. We did not have any problem at all wrt our seat reservations etc. The travel was much comfortable and all trains arrived on time to the destinations. Thank you "

  • Train ride from Venice to Brig |
"The train ride was smooth. However due to a 40 minutes delay, we had to rush (run like mad) to catch the next train in Bologna Station. The platform for the next train was pretty far away and was lucky to be just on time. A few seconds later, we would have missed the train. Subsequent transit was smooth. "
