  • "Unfriendly Staff"
We had a good trip. The only exception was the unfriendly conduct of the staff on the train. The lady handed out newspapers. We sat next to an Australian couple. They asked if she had an English newspaper. She treated them with utter disdain and would not even aswer them. When she returned later with the food and drinks trolley, she skipped us and would not offer anything to eat or drink Gert Jordaan    Value for money  Convenience

  • "Train travel"
It is many years since we last travelled by train in Italy and we were pleasantly surprised by how things had improved. We had booked seats and they were ready and waiting for us. The train left on time and arrived on time. The carriage was clean, the seats comfortable and we were offered a cold beverage and a choice of a sweet or savoury snack. There's limited space for anything bigger than hand luggage so it pays to get on the train as early as you can. We would like to have been able to buy a panino and something to drink at lunch time but there was no bar/ cafetaria on board. All in all a much nicer experience than flying.    Value for money  Convenience

On time and extremely comfortable with high speed wifi.
  • "Luggage Storage"
The wasn't enough space for the luggage bags storage in the train that i've had on as the train was full. Some customers are without seat and standing blocking the aisle. The toilet was dirty.    Convenience
  • "Turin to Milan"
Fantastic service, excellent trip. Slight inconvenience was we would have been nearer our final destination if we had got off at Milan Centrale rather than go on to Rogoredo. Not sure why we ended up with this option. The railways are superb and we'll use them again.    Value for money  Convenience
