    "Cheap but inconvenience"

      Tze-keng k.
The train broadcast was conducted in Swedish only, giving me, who can only speak English among all European languages, a very hard time. I had no other means, such as electronic showboard, to know if I had arrived in Lund or not. The train had some delay, and I ended up getting off at an incorrect station.    Value for money  Convenience

It's a single trip from Stockholm to Copenhagen. Train arrived on time. Tidy environment. Not too crowded. City center to city center saves time.    Value for money  Convenience

    "Stockholm to Oslo"

      Douglas w.  13/09/2013
The ride from Stockholm to Oslo was very nice. We enjoyed the travel through the countryside seeing new things. Arrival in Oslo was on time. We wished that the windows would have been cleaned for better picture taking. In addition, there could have been a greater selection of food items available for purchase.    Value for money  Convenience

Very convenient from Copenhaguen To Stockholm Little bit expensive considering the confort on board. Very clean but I think it's time to change the floor lining. Some disturbance with people using their phone.    Value for money  Convenience

    "Paper tickets in 2013?"

      Miguel c.  01/09/2013
The only thing strange was the paper tickets requirement. You should have some sort of eletronic ticket to deliver bey email to the customer.    Value for money  Convenience

    "Too much delay"

      Ka Ming Raymond l.  12/08/2013
The train was older than I expected. The worst thing was that the train arrived at Stockholm 30 minutes later than scheduled. This is inferior when compared with trains in Japan and Taiwan (Although I've similar experience in Britain).    Value for money  Convenience

The main problem was we were siting opposite the direction of the train ride. After five hours you get a headach. Other than that it was a pleasent journey .    Value for money  Convenience

This is the first time we have taken a train across Scandinavia. The trip from Stockholm to Oslo was comfortable, adequately fast, and economical - all exactly what we wanted! It was wonderful to be able to get hot food and wine on board, too.    Value for money  Convenience

    "Theft incident"

      Veronica Shuk Yee l.  26/10/2012
My backpack was stolen on the way on this route as the train was over-crowded due to the direct train to Stockholm was cancelled without proper notice in English. Platforrm staff was asked if the train was cancelled but they did not reply such cancellation. Until I found out from others for such cancellation, the re-direct train was so crowded to board. Coach staff does not help anyway as there is no way to reach any staff on the coach after the incident. It was a very bad experience for this route Denmark-Sweden.    Comfort  Value for money  Convenience
