"Train is on-time, very good for our time planning. Carriage in general is quite clean. Seats, toilet and along train corridor are clean. However, it would be better if in the online booking, there is a seat preference selection. Since we travel with big luggage, it is a bit heavy to lift to top carriage up the stairs. "
